Unexecuted transactions

When placing a previous trade or editing a plan, the process can sometimes get stalled and leave the transaction unexecuted in a draft state. This is displayed on the overview page as a number inside parentheses:

This document walks through how to clean up either of these unexecuted transactions:

Resolve an unexecuted trade

Unexecuted trades exist for one of two reasons:

  1. The trade was already placed, but never reflected in Symplany℠

  2. The trade was set up in Symplany℠, but was never placed

Option 1. The trade was already placed:

  1. Click Execute Trade on the overview page

  2. Open the trade panel on the far right (see below)

Option 2. The trade was never placed:

  1. Click History on the overview page

  2. Click Delete most recent transaction

Resolve an unexecuted plan

  1. Delete the proposed plan

  2. Implement the proposed plan changes

Option 1. Delete a proposed transaction

  1. Click Edit Plan (1) on the overview page

  2. Click Delete Proposed Transaction on the far right

  3. In the pop-up window, click Yes
